Terms of Service

By creating an account on or using Rezz.my (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Faysal Badaoui Mahdad (NIF: 53923695B), the individual operating Rezz.my under the FaezLabs brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

Rezz.my is a booking platform that allows service providers (“Hosts”) to create bookable items with configurable access controls — including domain restrictions, secret codes, and manual approval workflows — and allows end users (“Guests”) to submit booking requests for those items.

The Platform provides infrastructure for booking management. We are not a party to any agreement between Hosts and Guests, nor do we guarantee the fulfilment of any booking, the quality of any service, or the accuracy of any information provided by Hosts.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Host account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts at our discretion, including where we suspect misrepresentation or abuse.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at faysal@faezlabs.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

One person may not maintain more than one active Host account without prior written authorisation from us.

As a Host, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your bookable items, including availability, pricing (where applicable), and access requirements.
• Honour confirmed bookings in good faith. Repeated cancellations or no-shows by Hosts may result in account suspension.
• Handle Guest personal data (email addresses obtained via the Platform) in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.
• Not use access control features (domain locks, secret codes) to discriminate against individuals on the basis of protected characteristics under applicable law.
• Ensure that the services you offer comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Keep your Stripe Connect account in good standing where paid bookings are enabled.

As a Guest, you agree to:

• Provide a valid email address and any required access credentials (domain, code) honestly and without circumvention.
• Honour booking requests you submit. Submitting requests without genuine intent to fulfil them constitutes misuse of the Platform.
• Not attempt to bypass, probe, or abuse access control mechanisms (domain restrictions, secret codes) by any technical or social means.
• Understand that booking requests are subject to Host approval and that submission of a request does not guarantee confirmation.

Use of the Platform is free for Hosts whose bookable items are set as non-paid. Where a Host enables paid bookings, the following payment terms apply:

You must not use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or impersonation
• Conduct money laundering or process payments on behalf of third parties without disclosure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Platform's infrastructure
• Circumvent access controls by sharing codes or credentials without authorisation from the Host
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or restrictions

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

All content, design, code, and trade marks on the Platform are the property of Faysal Badaoui Mahdad / FaezLabs unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written permission. User-generated content (such as item names and descriptions) remains the property of the Host who created it; by uploading content to the Platform you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it as part of operating the service.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by Hosts on their booking pages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business — whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at faysal@faezlabs.com. Upon closure, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine — at our sole discretion — that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform. Termination does not affect obligations that have arisen prior to termination, including any outstanding commission owed to us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
